Every mentorship begins with a short, informal conversation on Zoom — for the student, the parents and the mentor. Goals, expectations and fit are discussed openly before any commitment. Fees are agreed only afterwards.

- 03 — Mr. Andrič writes to you personally, proposing a time within your preferred windows.
- 04 — Together you design a personalized plan and decide if this mentorship is a good fit for you.
